About Chuck Huber
Chuck Huber is the director of The Firefly Works and creator of the Primary Knowledge Method of learning. Chuck has been involved in education as the Principal of St. Bernadette Academy; as a founding board member of St. Ignatius College Prep; and as an educational consultant and workshop leader for the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, Catholic Diocese of Dallas, St. Thomas More College, Ave Maria University, Texas Christian University, Texas Wesleyan, St. John Bosco Schools, Fort Worth Independent School District, Chicago Independent School District, the National Association of Private Catholic/Independent Schools and over 200 other individual Catholic, private and public schools throughout the world - most especially including, Our Mother of Special Graces School in Nigeria for which he serves as a Board Member. He writes children’s books with his wife. They have five children. Their first book, Zak and the Three Tree, sold over 5000 copies. His next projects are an educational kid’s show in the vein of Bill Nye the Science Guy, Twisted History, and a related children’s book entitled The Hippo of Hope, featured here. His ongoing acting credits include the voice of Hiro Nohara on Cartoon Network’s Shin Chan, as well as hundreds of other voices on dozens of shows. He began acting in Chicago on stage at the Goodman Theater in Marvin’s Room as well as working at the Steppenwolf, Court and Bailiwick theaters. TV/Film credits include The Untouchables (TV) for Fox, Missing Persons for NBC and Going All the Way for Lakeshore Productions. His latest film, The Fragility of Seconds, which he produced, wrote and starred in with veteran film actors Matt Tompkins and Julio Cedillo won the Gold Remi Award (3rd place) at the Houston International Film Festival and will have a theatrical release with Republic Theaters. Chuck is also the Southern Regional Director of Pinnacle Performance Company which teaches performance based communication skills to fortune 500 companies.
